**Questions: All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than: October 14, 2026 @ 4:00pm via the U3P-Bonfire portal.**
**Submission: Submit statement of qualifications to U3P-Bonfire in PDF format (≤20 MB) by 5:00pm (MST) on October 20, 2026.**
