Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SledAtlas (“Service”), operated at sledatlas.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SledAtlas is a search and alerting service for government procurement opportunities (bids, RFPs, and related solicitations) and public award and contract records. We compile listings from public government sources, add plain-English summaries and categorization, and provide search, saved searches, email alerts, and award-history intelligence. SledAtlas is an independent service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency.

3. Accounts

A free account is created with your email address via a sign-in link; no password is stored. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual; credentials and paid access may not be shared, and one subscription covers one user unless your plan includes additional seats.

4. Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions

4.1 Plans

• Free: $0. Limited daily listing views, one saved search, weekly email digest, listings shown on a 48-hour delay.
• Standard: $50/month or $500/year for one state. Unlimited listing views with no freshness delay, unlimited saved searches, instant email alerts, watchlists with addenda and date-change tracking, deadline calendar, and multi-location search.
• Pro: $100/month or $1,000/year for one state. Everything in Standard, plus award and contract history, vendor track records, recompete alerts and expiring-contract intelligence, and team seats.
• National: $250/month or $2,500/year on Standard, and $500/month or $5,000/year on Pro, covering each state as our coverage reaches it.
• Multi-state: up to three named states costs $100/month or $1,000/year on Standard, and $200/month or $2,000/year on Pro.

Annual plans are billed once per year at the annual price. Multi-state plans cover the named states selected at purchase, and a plan is sold only for states where our coverage is live. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

4.2 Recurring billing authorization

Every plan is a recurring subscription. When you subscribe you authorize the charge below for your plan and billing period, and you are shown this same statement, with your plan and amount, on the checkout page before you pay:

• Standard, one state, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Standard, one state, you will be charged $50 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Standard, one state, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Standard, one state, you will be charged $500 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
• Standard, up to 3 states, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Standard, up to 3 states, you will be charged $100 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Standard, up to 3 states, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Standard, up to 3 states, you will be charged $1,000 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
• Standard, national, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Standard, national, you will be charged $250 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Standard, national, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Standard, national, you will be charged $2,500 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
• Pro, one state, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Pro, one state, you will be charged $100 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Pro, one state, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Pro, one state, you will be charged $1,000 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
• Pro, up to 3 states, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Pro, up to 3 states, you will be charged $200 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Pro, up to 3 states, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Pro, up to 3 states, you will be charged $2,000 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
• Pro, national, monthly: By placing your monthly recurring order of Pro, national, you will be charged $500 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
  Pro, national, annual: By placing your annual recurring order of Pro, national, you will be charged $5,000 now and every 365 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

Charges appear on your statement as “SLEDATLAS” or “SLEDATLAS.COM”. You may cancel at any time before a renewal charge to stop it, as described below.

4.3 Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals; it never shortens time you have already paid for. If you paid for a month, you keep full access for that month. If you paid for a year, you keep full access for the full year. Your plan simply does not renew again after the period ends, and you are not charged again.

5. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. Paid access is delivered immediately upon payment and continues through the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling never forfeits prepaid time; it only stops future charges. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact us at info2@sledatlas.com within 48 hours of the charge and we will work to resolve it.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.

6. Accuracy of Information

Listings, deadlines, award records, and related data are compiled from public government sources and are provided for informational purposes. Agencies change, amend, and cancel solicitations, and source records may be incomplete or contain errors. SledAtlas does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions with the issuing agency’s official posting before responding to any solicitation. SledAtlas is not responsible for missed deadlines, rejected bids, or any outcome of a procurement.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or systematically export Service content or data without written permission;
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service;
• Share account credentials or circumvent plan limits;
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
• Misuse contact information reached through the Service. We link you directly to official government postings so you can pursue bid opportunities; agency staff contacts found there are provided by the issuing agency for procurement questions, not for spam, mass marketing, harvesting, or any abusive practice. Your use of a linked government site is also subject to that site’s own terms.

Government records remain public records; these terms restrict use of our Service and our own summaries, enrichment, and compilations, not your independent access to the underlying public sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SledAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of SledAtlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
