**Questions: All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than: September 30, 2026 @ 4:00 PM via the U3P-Bonfire portal **
**Submission: Submit proposals to U3P-Bonfire in PDF format (≤20 MB) by 5:00pm (MST) on October 6, 2026.**
