Pony Express Parkway widening final design engineering

Issued by CITIES - Eagle Mountain City. Reference #EMC-FY27-04. Eagle Mountain City is seeking detailed estimates and costs from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services for final design of the Pony Express Parkway Widening Project. The project extends from the southern access of Unified Fire Authority Eagle Mountain Fire Station 251 south to the southern access of the Eagle Mountain City Wastewater Treatment Plant (2515 N Pony Express Pkwy, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005).

The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award. **Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing** Any bid / proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.

OPENING OF BIDS / PROPOSALS: Bids / proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time. Results will be posted after bids / proposals have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid / proposal will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids / proposals submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids/ proposals will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract. Project closes Oct 07, 2026 12:00 PM MDT.
