Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities (SLCDPU) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide expertise and professional engineering services for the FY 26/27 Water Line Replacements Project (Project). The engineering services will include preliminary and final engineering design services, bidding services and services during construction for the proposed Project. The following information is intended to provide additional instructions and information regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) along with a schedule and other requirements for submitting a SOQ. Project closes Oct 28, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
