Official description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) seeks a qualified Respondent to provide Independent Verification and Validation Services (IV&V) for Case Management Transformation. The awarded Contractor will work in coordination with DPFS and DFPS Vendors for the duration of the Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT) system replacement project currently called the “Project.” Addendum: 9/15/2026 2:45 pm: Addendum No. 3 updates the Deadline for Submission of Solicitation Responses to October 20, 2026 by 10:30 AM Central Time, by replacing in their entirety RFO Sections 3.1 Schedule of Events, and 3.5.4 Labeling and Delivery for USB Submission and Other Materials. In addition, the Exhibit H, Cost Proposal Updated Per Addendum No. 2 is replaced in its entirety with the Exhibit H, Cost Proposal Updated Per Addendum No. 3. 9/9/2026 5:35 pm: Addendum No. 2 replaces the Exhibit Q, HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP), in its entirety with the Exhibit Q, HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) Updated per Addendum No. 2. 9/4/2026 5:00 pm: Addendum No. 1 replaces the Exhibit H, Cost Proposal, Exhibit I, Insurance, Exhibit O, Online Bid Room Instructions, in their entirety with updated Exhibits and adds Exhibit P-1, DUA Attachment 2, Security and Privacy Inquiry (SPI) to the Solicitation.
