Arts and Entertainment District Management and Programming Services This solicitation is reserved for vendors registered in Montgomery County's Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP). For more information on LSBRP, please visit http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/lsbrp This solicitation will be issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/maryland/montgomerycounty). In the spirit of continuous improvement, Montgomery County utilizes this platform to post solicitations and accept electronic responses from vendors. Registration is required and FREE for all Montgomery County solicitations by selecting the "Limited" option upon registration. Grant Writing and Funding Opportunities The Contractor will: Identify relevant grant and funding opportunities. Evaluate potential applications with each District. Lead the drafting and submission of grant applications on behalf of the A&E Districts. Provide reporting and compliance support for awarded grants. A&E Event Support The Contractor will provide support for District events, including: Event planning, coordination and logistics to align with A&E goals. Artist booking aligned with the A&E Districts’ cultural image to include artist selection, contracts, and management and working with artist for them to submit financial document and finalized contracts for payment by the County. Day-of-event staffing and coordination for events including, but not limited to, concerts, parades, and advisory convenings. Work with the A&E District to order any necessary supplies and materials for the event. Support the County staff with on-site supervision on the day of an event.
