Morgan State University ("MSU" or "University") seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based ticketing platform and associated professional services to support ticket sales, event management, patron engagement, financial reconciliation, and access control across the University's athletic, academic, cultural, student, alumni, and special event programs. The selected Contractor shall provide all software, hardware (if applicable), implementation services, integrations, training, maintenance, support, and ongoing enhancements necessary to deliver a fully operational ticketing ecosystem. The solution must support both reserved and general admission events while providing a secure, scalable, and user-friendly experience for patrons, University administrators, event organizers, and operational staff. The University's objective is to establish a centralized ticketing platform that improves operational efficiency, increases ticket revenue opportunities, enhances customer engagement, and provides robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
