Reference #RFP-26-0087. Description: The City of Olathe, Kansas is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified organizations, athletic associations, sports operators, event managers, and other experienced entities to provide exclusive seasonal use, league operations, weekend tournament operations, or a combination thereof at the following City-owned softball facilities: • Olathe Girls Softball Complex • Lone Elm Softball Complex

Proposals may be submitted for one complex, both complexes, seasonal exclusive use, weekend tournament use, league operations, or any combination of these uses as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

The City intends to select the proposal or proposals determined to be most advantageous to the City, considering qualifications, operational approach, community benefit, financial return/value, and other evaluation factors set forth herein. Project closes Oct 07, 2026 10:00 AM CDT.
