The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to renovate the Towngate Park Tennis Courts resurface the existing(4) tennis courts at Towngate Park located at 901 NW 155th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
