Reference #IFB-26-00362. Description: Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations requires a qualified Contractor to provide Roadway Resurfacing, Preservation and Repair for District 1 and 2. The work performed under this Contract may include, but is not limited to, the milling and resurfacing of roadways throughout Hillsborough County utilizing Superpave Asphaltic Concrete structural courses, friction courses, preservation treatments and/or Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) methods at an estimated cost at $16,000,000.00.

SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 5% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors. Project closes Oct 20, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
