Reference #26-126. Department: Office of the County Engineer. Description: The SW 38th Avenue/SW 3rd Street/SW 40th Avenue Resurfacing Project extends from SW 38th Court to SR 40 (W Highway 40). The project generally consists of milling and resurfacing the existing roadway, along with resurfacing existing pavement as required. Additional improvements include installation and restriping of pavement markings and sodding of roadway shoulders. Project closes Oct 08, 2026 2:30 PM EDT.
