Solicitation #24-3735-3608. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 11:45 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors with restaurant management experience to lease and operate an approximately 4,650 square-foot full-service restaurant/grill, located at 2295 Harbor Road, Newport News, Virginia 23607, and to meet the minimum requirements outlined in this RFP.
