Solicitation #27-2027-3103. Issued by Waterworks. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide Polymer (Residual Operations) to the Newport News Waterworks, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.
