Solicitation #24-3562-6008. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified service provider/Contractor for the administration of the City's Group Medical Insurance Program for Medicare Eligible Retirees.
