Solicitation #24-3491-4708. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes from qualified Contractors to provide insulation repairs for the Gymnasium (Gym) 1 & 2, located at the Former Boys & Girls Club located 429 Thorncliff Drive, Newport News, VA 23608 to include the removal and replacement of damaged insulation materials, ensuring proper insulation levels are achieved to enhance energy efficiency and maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
