Solicitation #24-3381-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, April 29, 2024 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for an annual contract to furnish/provide Recreational Equipment, Games and Arts & Crafts Supplies as described in this solicitation on an as needed basis. The City reserves the right to add additional items to the contract as needed.
