Solicitation #24-3291-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Conservator of the Peace training for armed and unarmed City personnel. This training must be completed annually for approximately two hundred (200) City employees.
