Solicitation #24-3016-0800. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide welding, fabrication, and installation services for steel doors and windows with stainless steel latches. The Contractor will be responsible for manufacturing and delivering custom-made steel doors and windows, as per the specifications provided, and installing them at 17300 Warwick Blvd. Newport News, VA 23603.
