Solicitation #2024-2943-1431. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:45 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to provide turnkey management services for the City summer youth employment program (SYEP) as detailed herein.
