Solicitation #24-2809-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide beverage service and products for concession stands at several locations throughout the City for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Products shall include a variety of fountain drinks and bottled beverages.
