Solicitation #24-2154-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to purchase the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for the purchase of surplus golf cars from Newport News Golf Club at Deer Run.
