Solicitation #24-2030-3625. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide a cloud-based, scalable, e-learning management system (LMS/LXP) software solution that provides integrated course and quiz creation, reporting, and automation.
