Solicitation #24-1881-4708. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to provide Zinc Orthophosphate for the City’s Waterworks Department as required for stock supplies or on an as needed basis.
