Solicitation #24-1619-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a term contract to furnish/provide audio services for various events to be held at the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center (DGCAC) throughout the year. The City reserves the right to add additional events throughout the City as needed.
