Solicitation #24-1657-5908. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of customized short and long-sleeved T-shirts and Gym Shorts to the Newport News Fire Department (NNFD), on an 'as needed' basis.
