Solicitation #24-3362-1431. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultant firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:30 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide consulting services to develop a comprehensive homelessness study that addresses the immediate and ongoing needs of the area's homeless population.
