Solicitation #24-0426-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, August 25, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide a trip/tour to tourist destinations in Quebec, Canada to include Quebec City, Montreal and Ottawa for a period of eight days and seven nights. Contractor shall provide all-inclusive services (transportation, accommodations, meals, tours, entertainment and admission) for the Department of Parks & Recreation of the City of Newport News (City), VA.
