Solicitation #24-0955-2500. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than July 25, 2023 at 2:00pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide services entailing the removal and replacement of existing carpet and flooring in designated areas at the Brittingham-Midtown Community Center (BMCC), 570 McLawhorne Drive, Newport News, VA 23601.
