Solicitation #23-3739-3625. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide the Newport News Economic/Industrial Development Authority (“EDA”) with a variety of marketing and advertising services to promote the City of Newport News, Virginia as a prime location for starting, relocating, and expanding a business and experiencing an enjoyable and affordable community and quality of life.
