Solicitation #23-3441-5601. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, June 2, 2023 at 3:30 pm (local prevailing time).
The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Steam Cleaning and Soft Washing of Victory Arch area located in Victory Landing Park. Qualified contractor shall have a minimum of five years’ experience and has successfully completed a previous monument similar in nature and size.
