The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 4:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide audio system replacement services and equipment for the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center's Banquet Room, located at 2410 Wickham Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
