Solicitation #23-3280-3625. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, April 10, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to build and provide a secure, standalone server dedicated solely to the Newport News Police Department (NNPD), Technical Investigations Unit. The overall outcome achieved by this project is to provide a stable, centralized storage location, which can be accessed by NNPD to store and maintain evidence and data.
