Solicitation #23-3214-5600. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, March 24, 2023 at 3:30 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide all equipment, materials, labor and supervision to inject polyurethane foam beneath sections of concrete sidewalk that has settled, and is now a tripping hazard.
