Solicitation #23-2681-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Consultant”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide routine and emergency Veterinary Services for Service Dogs (SD's) for the City of Newport News Police Department (NNPD) and Newport News Sheriff’s Office (NNSO) on an as needed basis.
