Solicitation #23-2825-6056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide municipal code codification services to the City of Newport News. Codification services to be provided include, but may not be limited to: supplementation services, online hosting services, proofreading, paper copies, electronic copies, samples, insertion guide and history notes/legislative history.
