Solicitation #23-2679-3056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide a range of Psychological Services to the City of Newport News (City). The primary users of the requested services will be the Police and Fire departments but other departments and services may be added to the contract as necessary.
