Solicitation #23-2776-6056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, January 30, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Public Auction Services for Judicial, Non-Judicial, City Owned Real Estate, and Property Seized by the City Treasurer. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, vehicles and supervision necessary to perform the services required under this contract.
