Solicitation #23-2309-0855. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide LiDAR data, Digital Surface Model (DSM), Digital Elevation Model (DSM), and to develop 1-foot Contour Lines based upon the specifications outlined below. This data will serve as a critical piece of the City’s mapping, modeling and GIS applications.
