The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 1:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide the following brand-specific tools and accessories: EZ-Tap Drilling Machine, EZ-Tap Kit, Air Power Operator, Water Pump, and Impact Wrench to the City's Waterworks Department as outlined in the specifications.
