The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 3:00pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes for the removal and installation of porch decking and deck railing at the Harwood House.
