The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids form qualified vendors to provide high-resolution digital orthophotography, oblique imagery, and associated subscription-based services to support the City's Geographic Information System(GIS), public safety operations, infrastructure management, and general government functions.
