Solicitation #23-1753-2500. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than September 28, 2022 at 5:00PM (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to demolish existing edge of dock and truck restraint system as well as furnish and install new system according to specifications herein this Request for Quotes.
