Solicitation #26-3905-1108. Issued by General Services. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, June 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of glass replacement and repair services at various City buildings and locations, on 'an as needed basis, over the term of the Contract.
