Solicitation #23-1359-3625. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, September 12, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract with an agent (“Contractor”) to represent the interests of both the City of Newport News and the Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News (“EDA”), collectively referred to as the "City," in soliciting, engaging and managing tower space users (“Tenants”) on various structures owned by the EDA.
