Solicitation #23-1479-6255. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, October 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals, with a view to establishing a term Contract for the provision of printing and mailing services to the City's Office of the Treasurer (OT), Office of the Commissioner of Revenue (COR) and Department of Waterworks (Newport News Waterworks or NNWW), on an 'as needed basis'.
