Solicitation #23-1103-6255. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, July 25, 2022 at 4:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes from qualified Contractors for the provision of liquid argon on an 'as needed' basis to the City's Waterworks Department, under a term Contract.
