Solicitation #23-1185-3625. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, August 5, 2022 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide annual inspections and emergency maintenance/repair services, in accordance with American National Standards Institute/Telecommunications Industry Association 222-H (ANSI/TIA-222-H) routine maintenance, repair, and emergency services, as described in these specifications, for all City-maintained communication towers.
