Solicitation #22-0694-5500. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, July 18, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide speed cushions on Bruton Avenue between J. Cylde Morris Blvd and Harpersville Rd, Eastwood Drive between Lucas Creek Road and Brookfield Drive and Turlington Road between Deep Creek Road and Warwick Blvd.
