Solicitation #26-2933-3103. Issued by Waterworks. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors for the furnishing/provision and installation of Purge and Trap Concentrator and an Autosampler with Chiller system, to the City's Waterworks Department, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
